After a 5-year hiatus, Rotterdam-based Fusion group Ħoss Project led by drummer and composer Pete Galea will be making their debut on the Maltese islands this April!


As part of International Jazz Day celebrations at Offbeat, Valletta, Ħoss Project will be presenting two concerts on April 25th and 26th comprised of many new compositions to be recorded on their debut album later in 2025. The group will also perform a select few pieces of repertoire from the band’s early days in London.


The band’s approach draws from the multi-layered meaning of the Maltese word ‘Ħoss’, which as a noun simply means ‘sound’, but as a verb also means to sense or feel something.
