Psychopath and Festivals Malta Update & Rock'N 4 Animals Concert

Chaos Updates Fans on Psychopath’s Future: New Album Still in the Works

Chaos, the mastermind behind the black/thrash metal one-man band Psychopath, has recently broken his silence, offering fans an eagerly awaited update on the band's progress. On August 11, 2024, Chaos took to Psychopath's official Facebook page to reassure followers that the project is far from over, despite a prolonged period of inactivity.

In his post, Chaos explained that while Psychopath is "still alive and kicking," his attention has been divided among several other musical endeavors. These include his involvement with another project, Zabbeth, which recently released a split album, as well as his work with the band Mur.doc 104, who are in the final stages of writing their first full-length album.

Chaos acknowledged the slower-than-expected progress on the new album, citing his increasingly hectic schedule over the past few years. However, he assured fans that the follow-up to the 2020 album Teratogenesis is still on the horizon, promising, "Psychopath 2 will come, and it will come with a BANG!"

Psychopath, founded by Chaos in 2016, quickly gained recognition within the metal community with the release of 'Teratogenesis'. The project is known for its raw and intense sound, drawing influences from both black metal and thrash, and has garnered a dedicated following despite its underground status.

While no official release date for the new album has been announced, Chaos's recent update has reignited anticipation among fans, who continue to support the band’s unique and unrelenting style.
